Turn a store-bought favourite into the quickest, cheesiest Crispy Parmesan Gnocchi for marinara or pesto.
INGREDIENTS
– 16 oz. store-bought refrigerated gnocchi– 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese– 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chive– 1 1/2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted– Marinara, for serving
Heat the oven to 400°F. Parchment a baking sheet. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil.
Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the gnocchi for 2–3 minutes (or as directed). Drain the gnocchi and place one on the lined baking sheet. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a 13x9-inch baking sheet, mix cheese, chives, and melted butter to create a paste. Create an even paste layer. Later, place gnocchi side by side on cheese.
Step 3
Bake the gnocchi for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is dark browned. After cooling, serve the pan with marinara sauce for dipping.
