A quick and crispy Air Fryer Spring Rolls recipe with your choice of ground meat and veggies makes the perfect appetiser or snack.
INGREDIENTS
– 1 pound ground meat, such as turkey, chicken, pork or beef– 1 Tablespoon minced garlic– 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger– 2 scallions, finely chopped– 1 cup shredded Napa cabbage– 1/2 cup red bell pepper, julienned– 2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce– 1 Tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce– 12 egg roll wrapper– Cooking spray– Sweet chili sauce, for serving
Start the air fryer at 360°F. Mix ground meat, garlic, ginger, scallions, cabbage, red peppers, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce in a medium bowl.

Place egg roll wrappers on your work table. Fill a small bowl with water. Wrappers should have the filling in the bottom third corner. The wrappers should be angled to roll from corner to corner.
Step 2
Trace each wrapper's border with a wet finger. Starting at the bottom, fold the wrapper over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll each egg roll until sealed.
Step 3
Spray each roll's top and the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Air-fry egg rolls in batches for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve air-fried egg rolls with sweet chilli sauce for dipping.
